Tin Plate Manufacturing Process
Tin Plate Manufacturing Process
Procurement of cold hardened raw materials and finished products from steel mills, generally made of SPCC. Stocking according to customer specifications.
Reduce the hardness of steel, eliminate cold work hardening.
Improve the properties of steel, restore the steel's plastic deformation ability.
Stabilize the organization, prevent deformation, and homogenize the organization and chemical properties of steel.
Clean the surface oil after the mill, so that the surface of the steel plate is free of stains. Control tension to prevent sticking. Tracking the surface quality and pattern of the rolled steel plate.
Adoption of double-rack or single-rack leveling mode. Elimination of steel plate yield plateau. Control of surface hardness and reproduction surfaces.
Width trimming according to order specifications. Pattern and edge wave control. Defective slitting to prevent transfer to tinned products.
Adopting MSA tin plating process, the tin layer is evenly distributed on the steel plate.Main components of plating solution: divalent tin, free acid, additives, antioxidants and so on. Tin layer thickness can be controlled by differential thickness.
Reheat the tin layer to dissolve and evenly distribute the alloy layer on the steel plate.
Quenching cools down the steel plate and reduces surface defects. Formation of a dense, bright tin layer.
Use DOS-A oil for electrostatic oiling, the amount of oil applied is controlled at 2mg/㎡-4mg/㎡.
Manually packed into rolls, divided into horizontal and vertical packing. Packing according to order.
